Payment Terms
Payment providers
By placing an order, you agree that payments on BITis may be processed by approved third-party payment providers. BITis may not store full sensitive payment credentials where a payment partner handles them directly.
Authorisation and failures
Payment authorisation, redirects, OTP, PIN, mobile money approval, and verification may depend on the selected provider and may fail, delay, or require manual confirmation.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds, reversals, and disputed payments may be subject to verification, seller review, provider rules, and BITis return or dispute procedures.
