Seller rules for operating on BITis, including listing accuracy, platform integrity, restricted conduct, and support channels.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the legality, pricing, stock accuracy, fulfilment, warranties, and truthfulness of product listings and store information.
Restricted conduct
Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, stolen, misleading, or prohibited items must not be listed. Seller access may be restricted for violations or unresolved complaints.
Operational rules
BITis may review listings, remove products, hold actions, suspend seller features, or restrict seller activity where required for platform integrity, safety, fraud prevention, compliance, or unresolved disputes.
