Prohibited items
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise prohibited goods must not be listed or sold on BITis.
Restricted items
Some items may require licences, approvals, or special handling. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to list regulated products.
Enforcement
BITis may remove listings, suspend sellers, block transactions, or cooperate with lawful requests where prohibited item rules are breached.
